Our Participating Providers
Sun City Medical Partners accepts a wide variety of insurance plans, such as Medicare, PPO’s TriCare, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AARP United Healthcare, HealthNet, Humana, Citizen Choice, Care 1st and Scan. If you do not see your insurance plan, please call us at (951) 679-2358 to see if we accept it. Prior to your visit, it is very important to check with your insurance company to assure that we are participating providers.
Payments
Please be sure to bring your current insurance card with you to each visit. Co-pays are due at the time of service. We are unable to waive or discount this fee due to our contracts with insurance companies. If we do not participate with your insurance, or if you are self-pay, it is our policy to request that payment be made at the time professional services are rendered. Special arrangements for payment may be made with the office manager at the time of your appointment. We accept cash or check only.
